Seasonal Wellness Retreats
With the turning of the wheel, Kimberley offers seasonal wellness retreat days from Lifeworks at Rio Pools, Charfield in Glos. The space, just down the hill of Wotton Under Edge, includes a beautiful meadow kissed by the Little Avon River, a cosy and snug Hobbit Hole ideal for crafting and lunches, an outdoor kitchen with benches, fire pit and the most incredible Mongolian Yurt with underfloor heating and wooden beams.
Kimberley collaborated with local practitioners and professionals offering a varied pallet of holistic wellness strategies. From foraging to reflexology, to pilates and macrame. Offering something for everyone...
Retreats Contintued...
Kimberley also includes home-cooked, freshly prepared food and drink on the wellness retreats.
Using seasonal and local produce, she also mentors wellness through nutrition. Snacks, infused waters and fruit teas are always provided for maximum hydration and energy.
With her foraging workshops, she shows and explores with guests the local plants with useful and medical properties. With collaborative workshops with local practitioners, guests can learn about other ways to look after their mind, body and soul.
Events and Collaborations
Over the last few years, Kimberley has teamed up with dozens of local health and wellness professionals.
From Yoga on the beach in Wales (with Livana Yoga) to attending Wellness days hosted by others such as a Tintern Retreat, Mind, Body and Spirit Fayres and the larger South Glos Show.
