Guidance & Frequently Asked Questions
I warmly invite all clients to explore this guidance before booking. It’s designed to help you relax, recalibrate and thrive.
What is a Sound Bath?
A Sound Bath is a holistic therapy where you lie back and are immersed in healing vibrations from instruments such as crystal or Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, and chimes. These soothing frequencies help quiet the mind, balance energy, and deeply relax both body and spirit.
Many people describe it as a “massage for the mind and body” that supports both emotional balance and physical wellbeing. Sound healing can shift brainwaves into alpha, theta, and delta states – helping you access deep meditation, restorative rest and calm.
