In today’s fast-paced and disconnected world, many of us find ourselves constantly giving — to our families, our work, our communities — often leaving little space for ourselves. For parents, carers and business owners, the pull in different directions can feel relentless. Yet, as the saying goes, "you can’t pour from an empty cup".
And I know this truth all too well - finding out the hard way. My own journey into holistic health came after years of navigating the conventional medical system. I endured countless allopathic treatments, exploratory surgeries for infertility and endometriosis, and was left with permanent nerve damage and chronic pain from further surgeries PLUS all the mental and emotional health trauma. For a long time, I felt stuck in a cycle of searching for answers, yet never finding true healing.
It was only when I turned toward holistic practices — Reiki, sound healing, Tai Chi Qigong, massage, mindfulness and nutrition — that I began to experience real change. These approaches didn’t just ease my symptoms; they helped me reconnect to myself — body, mind and soul. From there, healing began to unfold in ways I never thought possible. I went from attending these modalities to hosting and creating wellness events...

Through years of exploring and integrating these practices, I became a Reiki Master, Tai Chi Qigong Shibashi instructor, Sound Therapist, Massage Therapist and Wellness Mentor. My path hasn’t just been about studying holistic methods — it’s been about living them, letting them reshape me and now sharing them with others.
With my background as an English teacher, and a lifelong love of poetry and lyrical flow (yo yo, KIMMY V in DA HOUSE), I felt called to create something memorable and easy to use in daily life. That’s how Nature’s Way© was born: a simple, heart-led framework for wellness and happiness.
