I’ve always been fascinated by holistic wellness and discovering Reiki both as a client and Master has been like finding a secret doorway to a more peaceful, vibrant life. And then a release - I saw my maternal grandmother in her home, all the dark mahogany units and trinkets, and she passed on messaged of love and Haribo sweets (honestly). And I cried. Lots of tears of loss and hope. It was like my body was sighing with relief.
