Service Description
Mindfulness practitioner, Reiki Master & sound healer Serendipity with Kimberley invites you to a soothing session of guided meditation & sound immersion. Let the sounds & vibrations of crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls & Gong carry you into the deeper realms of your mind. Let the stresses of life fade away while you relax and recharge your energy and balance your mind and soul. SPIRITUAL - REBALANCING - RELAXING - RELEASING Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow/cushions and water for your own comfort, Please let Kimberley know of any medical conditions. Armed chairs are also available. Being Fortnightly, you can make this a regular element of your self care routine. *Prices varied for income and financial accessibility. Cancellation Policy No refunds after 48 hrs. Please allow a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations to avoid being charged for your workshop/training/session or event. All cancellations without 48 hours’ notice will be charged full fee. I am understanding that some circumstances are extenuating and will waive this fee with suitable proof of circumstances relating to illness, injury and emergencies. If the weather is not suitable for travel or other unforeseeable circumstances result in the workshop/training or event cancellation, you will be notified of cancellation by phone or email.

Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy To ensure the smooth running of events and to honour the preparation that goes into holding these sacred spaces, the following policy applies to all bookings: Sound Baths & Group Sessions: Full payment is required at the time of booking. Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the session will be refunded in full (minus processing fees). Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows are non-refundable. Bookings are valid only for the selected date and cannot be transferred to future dates. *If you’ve chosen to pay cash on the day, payment will still be due in the event of a late cancellation or no-show. Transfers: If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your place to another guest, provided the booking form is completed in their name before the session. Retreats & Bespoke Events A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your place. The remaining balance is due two weeks before the retreat/event. Cancellations made more than 4 weeks before the start date: deposit is 50% refundable. Cancellations made within 4–2 weeks of the retreat: deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations within 2 weeks of the retreat/event: full balance is non-refundable. Transfers: If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your place to another guest, provided the booking form is completed in their name before the retreat. In the unlikely event that Kimberley needs to cancel, all payments will be refunded in full.
