Cancellation Policy

Booking & Cancellation Policy To ensure the smooth running of events and to honour the preparation that goes into holding these sacred spaces, the following policy applies to all bookings: Sound Baths & Group Sessions: Full payment is required at the time of booking. Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the session will be refunded in full (minus processing fees). Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows are non-refundable. Bookings are valid only for the selected date and cannot be transferred to future dates. *If you’ve chosen to pay cash on the day, payment will still be due in the event of a late cancellation or no-show. Transfers: If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your place to another guest, provided the booking form is completed in their name before the session. Retreats & Bespoke Events A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your place. The remaining balance is due two weeks before the retreat/event. Cancellations made more than 4 weeks before the start date: deposit is 50% refundable. Cancellations made within 4–2 weeks of the retreat: deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations within 2 weeks of the retreat/event: full balance is non-refundable. Transfers: If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your place to another guest, provided the booking form is completed in their name before the retreat. In the unlikely event that Kimberley needs to cancel, all payments will be refunded in full.
