The purpose of Reiki and sound healing is for relaxation, self-care and to facilitate healing and personal growth. The holistic focus of energy healing is to reach the vibrational energy of the mind, body and spirit and to balance, rejuvenate and realign. Individualised, the appointment will involve setting intentions, bowl work and Reiki treatment. At the end, we will talk through the the experience.
